Technology at the
service of decisions
ShopperFacts was founded in 2014 to move consumer-behaviour research out of physical central-location tests and into browser-based 3D environments, giving brands and insights teams a faster, cheaper, globally repeatable alternative.
The company is the virtual-retail and digitization specialist behind studies run by leading global market research firms — combining videogame-engine technology with established shopper-research methodologies (planograms, pricing, promotions, out-of-stock, taxonomy, new-product launches) for both quantitative and qualitative work.
Over 12 years, we have built an in-house pipeline for 3D scanning, photogrammetry, asset creation, environment rendering, shopper recruitment, and behavioural data capture. Eye-path, gaze duration, shelf dwell time, add-to-basket events, decision-tree reactions and survey responses are captured inside the same virtual store — then delivered as a standard research report within a typical 3 working days.
The two core products — 3D Virtual Shop and E-Commerce Solution — are paired with Product & Space Digitization so even clients without existing 3D assets can be in-field within a single sprint.
Our mission is to replace the cost, latency and geographic limits of in-person shopper research with a digital-native alternative that delivers the same (or richer) behavioural signal at a fraction of the time.
We are…
